I am a physical activity expert with over 15 years experience as a personal trainer, television fitness expert & host, newspaper columnist and health advocate . My goal is to help as many people as possible fill the void between “talking” about physcial activity and and actually performing it! I am passionate about taking what I learn on a daily basis from all of my adventures and sharing the lessons, tips and “ah hah” moments that will hopefully motivate others to get out and live an active lifestyle.

Fitness isn’t rocket science yet people over-complicate it by doing more research on exercise than actually performing it! Others take it way too seriously and feel it is their platform for displaying their dominance over life, other people and god knows what else! Despite what some out of touch people believe, there is not one training or nutrition philosphy that is “the best” but rather there are many great ways of incorporating physical activity and nutrition into ones daily life and they can all serve as a balanced grouping of options for people to choose from and interact with.

Your body was literally designed to perform exercise…so knowing that, get out there and get active with things that interest you, keep you moving and offer constant challenges.

When you view exercise and proper nutrition as just another aspect of everyday life, it will become and remain part of your priorities. Just work to stay consistent and it will become yet another extension of what and who you are. When you are performing exercise on a consistent basis like its no big deal…you have arrived.
